Account & Personal Data Deletion

In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data privacy regulations, you have the absolute right to permanently delete your YUZx account and expunge all associated data.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the YUZx app installed on your Android device:

Open the YUZx app on your device.
Tap your Profile Avatar or open Settings.
Select Account & Security.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm deletion. Your account, credentials, and sessions are immediately erased.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, submit your registered credentials below:

Data Retention & Purge Timeline

Profile & Authentication: User profile, avatar, bio, and Supabase auth records are permanently removed immediately upon request.
Media & Cloudflare Storage: Uploaded attachments and chat records are unlinked and permanently deleted.
Timeline: Account deletion executes immediately on live production servers; all backup snapshot roll-off completes fully within 30 days.
