By downloading, installing, accessing, or using YUZx applications, client APIs, or web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use YUZx for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including:

Transmitting malware, spyware, phishing links, or orchestrating DDoS attacks.
Harassing, threatening, defaming, or violating the legal rights of other individuals.
Uploading or transmitting unlawful content, CSAM, or violent extremism material.
Attempting unauthorized access to servers or other users' cryptographic keyrings.

3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

YUZx is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind. RakshaPlus Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
